• If you press [OK] without entering any characters, the machine
automatically assigns the image form a name using the year, month, day,
and time the image form was stored.

Place the original that contains the image form on the
platen glass ➞ press

Checking Image Form Details

➞ [Common Settings] ➞ [Register Form for
Press
Composition].

Select the desired image form ➞ press [Details].
NOTE
To check the image of the stored form, press [Check Print] ➞ select the
paper size ➞ press [Start Print]. (See Chapter 5, "Special Copying and Mail
Box Features," in the Copying and Mail Box Guide.)

Check the detailed information ➞ press [Done].
If you want to change the name of the image form, press [Change
Form Name].

Erasing an Image Form

➞ [Common Settings] ➞ [Register Form for
Press
Composition].

Select the image form that you want to erase ➞ press
[Erase].
