All available reprocessing reports can be downloaded to a USB stick.
The USB port is located behind the service cover on the infeed side
of the machine.
The USB stick must be FAT-32-formatted and have a minimum capa-
city of 1 GB.

A list of the reprocessing reports is displayed.
Press the button in the footer.
The following message appears on the display:
USB port is being activated. Please wait.
Once the USB port has been activated, the following message ap-
pears on the display:
Please insert a FAT32 formatted USB stick with a 1GB minimum capa-
city into the USB port.
Open and remove the service cover.
Open the cover cap on the USB port.
Plug the USB stick into the USB port and confirm the message with
OK.
The following messages appear on the display one after the other:
The USB stick is being tested. Please wait.

Reprocessing reports are being copied onto USB. This can take sev-
-
eral minutes.

Reprocessing reports copied successfully. Please remove USB.
Remove the USB stick from the USB port.
Then confirm the message with OK.
The list of reprocessing reports is displayed again.
Press to exit the
Main menu

Place the cover cap on the USB port.
Fit and close the service cover.
Press to terminate copying.
