Installation

1. Remove the appliance from the packaging. Make sure that all protective plastic film and coatings are
thoroughly removed from all surfaces.
2. Maintain a distance of 20cm (7 inches) between the unit and walls or other objects for ventilation.
Before first time use:
• Clean the interior and the firestone with soapy water. Let dry well.
• Let the appliance run at the highest temperature (400°C) for 5 minutes to burn off any
manufacturing residues.

1. Put the food on the firestone and close the door.
Note: This oven is intended for fast and crispy cooking of pizza, quiche, lasagne, pies, and
particularly useful to heat up pizza slices or other delicate products. Do not use for other
purposes.
2. Connect the appliance to the mains power supply, then turn on the power switch ("ON" position).
3. Set the thermostat to the desired temperature.
4. Set the timer to the desired cooking time. The appliance begins to heat up straight away. (Note: The
timer can be adjusted any time during operation.)
5. Turn on the light switch.
6. Turn on the top and/or bottom heating elements using the switches.
