USE OF CONTROLS
The user must be familiar
with the machine controls and
use them correctly for best
washing results.
WASHING POWDER
DISPENSER DRAWER
The washing powder and
additives must be placed in
this drawer before starting
the programme.
There is also a brief guide
to the washing programmes
on the drawer itself.
Zanussi
recommend
the
use of ARIEL detergents.
SUPER ECONOMY
BUTTON XE
By pressing in this push¬
button prior to selecting wa¬
sh cycle A. you will obtain a
reduction of the wash tempe¬
rature from 95°C to 60°C
whilst the duration of the
programme will remain prac¬
tically unchanged.
This will ensure a substan¬
tial saving in electricity con¬
sumption.
It is advisable to press in
this push button particularly
when washing strong white
fabrics which do not have
stubborn stains.

safety lock.
Push t he small slider placed
on the button to lock it in the
«off» position.
PROGRAMME CONTROL
To select the required
programme press the knob to
pop it out.
Turn the knob clockwise
until the marker at the top of
the dial coincides with the
required programme letter.
Press the knob again if you
wish to return it to its original
position.
