15. Lift up on the lid on the end of the carrier slightly (1) and slide the lid out
from under the tabs on the front of the carrier base (2).
16. Peel back and remove the protective plastic film from the heat sink pads on
the lid and base.
17. Remove the M.2 retention screw from the carrier base.
