Basic Phone Function
Directory
This feature will allow you to search for a user by first name, last name or extension number.
from a corporate
To dial directory:

Press (Directory button)

Scroll to Corporate Directory and press Select SoftKey

Search for listing by entering letters with your keypad.

Select the listing you would like to dial

Press Dial SoftKey
Call Logs
With this feature you can scroll through missed, placed and received calls.

Press (Directory button)

Select which log you would like to view and press Select SoftKey

Dial a call from the log by lifting receiver, or press Dial SoftKey to make a handsfree call
Edit a number, to add or remove a prefix:

By pressing EditDial SoftKey,

Use « or » to erase digits or to position cursor

Use the keypad to enter digits
Volume & Ring Adjustment
To adjust the volume for a call:

Press the volume button during a call

Press up or down to adjust the level

Press the Save SoftKey to save the selected volume
To adjust the volume for the ringer:

Press the volume button while the handset is in the cradle

Press up or down to adjust the level

Press the Save SoftKey to save the selected
NOTE: To change each of these levels, you must be using that feature. For example, if you want to change
the handset volume, you must be using the handset.
Ring Tone Selection
There are 13 programmed ring tones available in your phone. To change:

Press (Applications button)

Select User Preferences

Select Ringtone

Press Set to select the ringtone

Press Apply to confirm your selection, or press Cancel to go back to the Ringtone screen
