AC Power Source Requirements

Each power supply has a socket to accommodate an AC power cord. Each power supply operates within
the parameters listed in
Table 1-14

Solid amber—Indicates no AC power for this power supply unit only, or there is a power supply
critical event causing a shutdown. For instance, a general failure, a blown fuse, an over-current
protection event, an over-voltage protection event, or a fan failure.
1Hz blinking amber— Power supply warning event is occurring and the power supply is operating.
Warning events are high temperature, high power, high current, or slow fan.
Solid green—Power supplies are operating normally
1Hz blinking green—AC power is present but only 5V standby is on (Power Button is off)
