Step 2 described in "4.3.2 Connecting crossbar cable" will be changed as follows:
2. Connect the crossbar cable to the crossbar box.
Cross bar cables are laid out in a bundle for each cabinet. Connect cables without
changing the way they are laid out.
Connect the cables so that the port indicators on each cabinet match the labels on
the cables. There are two ports with the same port number. Each port on the
cabinet is color-coded. Connect a port to the corresponding port with the same
color.
Hold the connector part of the crossbar cable (optical) and insert it straight into
the opening. Do not hold the cable part when inserting the cable.
The note in Step 1 in "5.2 Connecting Cable to SPARC M10-4/SPARC M10-4S" will
be changed as follows.

XSCF. When the master is switched, BB#01 or XBBOX#81 is the master XSCF

Hold the tab (A in Figure 8-1) of the crossbar cable (optical), and pull it
straight in the arrow direction to remove it. At this time, do not pull out the
crossbar cable by holding the cable part. If you pull the cable part, the
connector is not unlocked completely, which may cause a damage.
