    1-5-1 Rating Plate Location Versana Balance labels are provided in English. The labels are at the rear of the system. The label content may be different for different regions. Please refer to the labels on the system for the actual content.
  • Page 41 Unique Device Identification (UDI) Label. The UDI label consists of a series of alpha-numeric characters and barcode which uniquely identify the Versana Balance system as a medical device manufactured by General Electric. Scan or enter the UDI information into the patient health record as required by country-specific laws.
