At the top of the screen you can also enter search filters to optimize the display of the
event list below. The filters can be by event type and/or by date and time. If a printer is
connected to the PC, you can use the PRINT button to print the event list.

Report
The "Report" menu allows you to export the current configuration file so that it can be
consulted with other programs. There are two export formats: "Export to text file" and
"Export to Excel".
If exported as a text file, the configuration parameters can be accessed using any text
editor program (Notepad, Word, etc.).
If, however, it is exported as an Excel file, the configuration parameters can be
viewed in a better way. Of course, the Excel program must be installed on the PC.

Through the "Info" menu you can get information about the program version and about
the configuration file of the current session (Configuration Info).

Edit or create a new configuration file
Using the "Open" command in the File menu, you can call up a previously saved NFG-
8 central configuration file for editing if necessary. See the following chapters.
