Step Checks
1 Turn off and on the copier's
power switch. Is the problem
corrected?
2 Are the communication line
and the grounding line on the
fuse PCB normal?
J716-7 and J717-1
J716-6 and J717-3
J716-4 and J717-4
J716-5 and J717-5
3 Is the voltage between J85-1
(+) and J85-2 (-) on the
switching regulator 5 V?
4 Is the wiring between the
finisher controller PCB and
the switching regulator
normal?
5 Is the wiring between the
copier's DC controller PCB
and the fuse PCB normal?
6 Replace the finisher
controller PCB. Is the
problem corrected?
