Assembling Duct Components

Drill a 100 mm diameter hole in the target duct wall.

Drill 4 x 10 mm equidistant holes around it. (use the part-duct as a template).

Align the Gasket over the holes.
Refer to the following diagram for the component positioning.

Fit the Gasket Retaining Plate over the gasket.

Fit the four Plate Fixings through the duct wall from the inside.
The hexagon shaped step on the fixings align with the hexagon shaped holes in the
retaining plate.
6
Secure the plate to the fixings using the knurled nuts.
