2. Slightly tighten Set Screws. Do not overtighten as you
may need to adjust the tightness after you insert the
Skewers.
3. Carefully poke Skewers through food.
4. Slide a Skewer into an open slot on the edge of the
Skewer Rack with the clip facing toward the Rotisserie
Shaft.
5. Guide the sharp end of the Skewer through the hole on
the opposite Skewer Rack and push the clip through the
hole near the slot until the Skewer is secure (FIG. G).
6. Repeat steps 1–2 in a uniform manner around the
Skewer Rack. Make sure Skewer sare evenly spaced
(FIG. H).
7. Tighten the Set Screws to make sure they are securely
in place.
8. Use caution while inserting the skewer set into the Unit
to prevent getting poked by the Skewer ends.
9. Open the door of the Unit. Slide the skewer set onto the
rails in the center of the Unit.
10. Slide the Rotisserie release button on the left side of the
Unit to the right and hold the switch in place while
pushing the Rotisserie Spit as far back into the Unit as
possible (FIG. I).
11. Release the switch. The switch should slide back into
the left position, and the left side of the Skewer set
should be locked in place.

Placing Multi-purpose Rotiseerie Drum into
Unit
(AOF100-B5 & AOF101-B5)
1. Open the door of the Unit. Slide the Multi-purpose
Rotisserie drum onto the rails in the center of the Unit.
2. Slide the rotisserie release button on the left side of the
Unit to the right and hold the switch in place while
pushing the Multi-purpose Rotisserie drum as far back
into the Unit as possible (FIG. J).
3. Release the switch. The switch should slide back into the
left position, and the left side of the Multi-purpose
Rotisserie drum should be locked in place.
Using the Rotisserie Stand
(AOF100-B5 & AOF101-B5)
• The rotisserie stand can be used to hold the Rotisserie
Fork set and the Rotisserie skewer set after removing hot
food from the Air Fryer Oven. (Fig K)
CAUTION: The Rotisserie stand should NOT be placed
inside the Air Fryer Oven
CAUTION: Take care while handling hot food.
Removing Multi-purpose Rotisserie drum,
Rotisserie Fork Set & Skewer Set from Unit
1. Open the oven door.
2. While wearing oven mitts (not provided), hold the
rotisserie release button on the left side of the Unit in the
right position.
3. Using the Rotisserie handle, hook the bottom of the left
and right sides of the shaft attached to the Multi-purpose
Rotisserie drum, Rotisserie Fork Set or Skewer Set.
4. Pull the Multi-purpose Rotisserie drum, Rotisserie Fork
Set or Skewer Setslightly toward you. Release the
switch.
5. Carefully remove the Multi-purpose Rotisserie drum,
Rotisserie Fork Set or Skewer Set from the Unit.
