Specify the installing medium and the Windows system partition.
[Specify medium / Partition] steps are displayed. Confirm the parameters, modify if
necessary, and then click [Next].
IMPORTANT:
If you install Windows Server 2003 R2, do not apply Service Pack
by Express Setup. If you install Service Pack, apply Windows
Server 2003 R2 DISC 2 after Express Setup completion, and then
install Service Pack by "Updating the system".

upgraded to Dynamic Disk remained. Do not select "Use existing
partitions" at "Windows system drive settings".
