OPERATION
Hold the tool firmly with one hand on the grip and the
other hand on the handle to control the t w isting action.

reduce the load or stop the tool to a v oid the tool

NOTICE:
Adjust the dial to the proper torque level
for y our w ork.
NOTICE:
Make sure that the dri v er b it is inserted
straight in the scre w head, or the scre w and / or dri v er
b it ma y b e damaged.
First, turn the action mode changing ring so that the
arro w on the tool b od y points to the

Place the point of the dri v er b it in the scre w head and
appl y pressure to the tool. S tart the tool slo w l y and then
increase the speed graduall y . Release the s w itch trigger
as soon as the tool stops the rotation automaticall y and
the green light turns on for 5 seconds.
NOTE: When dri v ing w ood scre w , pre - drill a pilot hole
2 / 3 the diameter of the scre w . It makes dri v ing easier
and pre v ents splitting of the w orkpiece.
NOTE: In a cold en v ironment, the tool ma y stop at
lo w er tor q ue le v el depending on circumstances.

CAUTION:
There is a tremendous and sud-
den t w isting force exerted on the tool/drill bit
at the time of hole breakthrough, w hen the hole
becomes clogged w ith chips and particles, or
w hen striking reinforcing rods embedded in the
concrete.
First, turn the action mode changing ring so that the

Position the drill b it at the desired location for the hole,
then pull the s w itch trigger. Do not force the tool. Light

an idle, then remo v e the drill b it partiall y from the hole.

out and normal drilling ma y b e resumed.

Drilling in w ood
When drilling in w ood, the b est results are o b tained
w ith w ood drills e q uipped w ith a guide scre w . T he guide
scre w makes drilling easier b y pulling the drill b it into
the w orkpiece.
Drilling in metal
T o pre v ent the drill b it from slipping w hen starting a
hole, make an indentation w ith a center - punch and
hammer at the point to b e drilled. Place the point of the
drill b it in the indentation and start drilling.

tions are iron and b rass w hich should b e drilled dr y .
