1 Asserts the associated SATCOM Voice Call bits based on 4-wire
interface and priority of the call in SDU to CMU Label 270 (Channel 1/2
Alert bits are 24/25 respectively for P4 calls, Channel 1/2 Call bits are
22/23 respectively for P1/2/3 calls)
2 Asserts SELCAL (bit 14 in SDU to CMU Label 270).

A 4-wire call is in the CONNECTED state, the ACD asserts the associated
channel call light output (1 or 2) discrete.
