removes the satellite from its "Broadcast-updated Satellite Table".

Information Broadcast).
INCOMING
and the ORT indicates standard call discretes, the ACD asserts the chime
discrete (set to LOW).
And the ORT indicates standard call discretes, the ACD asserts the associated
channel call light discrete (set to LOW).
The ACD:

Asserts the associated SATCOM Voice Call bits based on 4-wire
interface and priority of the call in SDU to CMU Label 270 (Channel 1/2
Alert bits are 24/25 respectively for P4 calls, Channel 1/2 Call bits are
22/23 respectively for P1/2/3 calls)

Asserts SELCAL (bit 14 in SDU to CMU Label 270).
RINGING
And the ORT indicates standard call discretes, the ACD asserts the associated
channel call light discrete.
The ORT indicates standard call discretes
A 4-wire call is in the CONNECTED state, the ACD asserts the associated
channel call light output (1 or 2) discrete.
