3. Lighting Checks for LEDs (All LEDs on the
CP-383 and LED-399 boards)
(1) While pressing the [SLOT] button on the Front Panel,
turn on the power switch.
Keep pressing the button until the display appears on
the LCD.
The check mode for the buttons with LED starts.
After the display appears, release your finger from the
button.
(2) Perform the following operations (i) to (v), to confirm
that the LEDs light properly.
(i) Every time [→] button is pressed, LEDs light one
by one in order.
Pressing [←] button lights the LEDs in reverse
order.
(ii) When [ENTER] is pressed, the LEDs automatical-
ly light one by one in order.
The order is same as (i). Pressing [ENTER] in
mid-course stops the automatic lightings.
To restart the automatic lightings, press [ENTER]
again. To check lightings manually, use [→] or
[←] buttons.
(iii) When [CANCEL] is pressed, the automatic
lightings are cancelled, and the first LED lights.
(iv) When [↑] button is pressed, all LEDs light on.
(v) When [↓] button is pressed, all LEDs light off.

The LED of D2473 (STATUS), D2474 (METER) light
in green and not light in red.

1. Preparation (Check for Power Circuit)
Confirm the power voltage output from the DC-DC
converter as follows:
(1) Prepare the unit with the Case assembly installed (and
without the Front Panel assembly installed). Connect
the AC adopter to the test set (SIU-RM101), and turn
on the ON/STANDBY switch.
(2) Connect the DC voltmeter to TP +5 V (near the FFC
connector CN102 on the CN-2363 board) to confirm
that TP +5 V outputs +4.85 V to +5.20 V.
(3) Install the Front Panel assembly to the Case assembly.
2. LED Test Mode
(a) Lighting Checks for All LEDs
Confirm the LED lightings as follows:
(1) While pressing [Lock] and [SLOT 8] simulta-
neously, turn on the ON/STANDBY switch.
(2) Press [SLOT 1].
