Repairs must only be carried out by Zip Heaters (UK) Ltd or an authorised Zip service engineer. If the power supply cable is damaged it must be replaced by a Zip service engineer or a qualified electrician. -

Zip Wall Fountain should only be installed by a competent installer in accordance with local water authority by-laws and these instructions. Zip Wall Fountain is designed to be recess mounted within a wall. The bottom should sit on a supporting flat and level plinth at least 100mm above finished floor level. - Page 8 (under the sink bowl), and tighten the nut to secure the tap firmly into place. Rotate Use only a Zip filter to match the one used in your chiller product (see Spare parts and accessories page 3). The filter cartridge can be obtained through plumbing suppliers or direct from Zip. The filter is located behind the front Insert filter access panel on the CH104. -
