Structure and function Operating principle The gas flowing into the meter causes the turbine wheel to turn, with the number of revolutions being proportional to the operating volume passing through the meter. The gas flowing into the meter is accelerated by the specially designed flow conditioner which is located at the meter inlet. -

CAUTION! Use only the specified oil supplied. The oil can be ordered from Honeywell. If a different oil is used, the warranty will be void. On gas meters without an oil pump, the section entitled “To insert oil” can be omitted (continue with “Commissioning”). -

CAUTION! Use only the specified oil supplied. The oil can be ordered from Honeywell. If a different oil is used, the warranty will be void. You must open the cover of the supply tank before operating the oil pump’s hand lever/pushbutton. - Page 25 Honeywell Actuate the oil pump by hand as shown in Table 6. Pull the hand lever evenly as far as possible or press the pushbutton down as far as possible. One actuation cycle corresponds to one stroke of the pump’s piston.

Kontrolle der Ölmenge: Im Vorratsbehälter muss ausreichend Öl vorhanden sein. Der Ölstand muss im Filtersieb sichtbar sein. Der Zähler muss in Betrieb sein, d. h. das Messrad muss sich drehen.
