6.
Dismantle the starter module (6) from the circuit
board (8).
7.
Release all cables by loosening their rubber
seals from the ends of the distribution box.
8.
Dismantle the screws (7) holding the circuit board.
9.
Carefully remove the circuit board.
10. Carefully put the new circuit board in place.
Make sure it is lying in the correct position
before tightening any of the nuts.
11. Insert the screws and tighten moderately,
so as not to damage the circuit board.
12. Fit the starter module.
13. Make the connections according to the
markings, making sure that the plastic catches
lock correctly.
14. Put in place the cable harnesses.
15. Connect the battery.
16. Test all the electrical functions and check the
LEDs on the circuit board.
17. Assemble the distribution box cover.
18. Assemble the side cover.
19. Check the function.

Torque wrench
Measuring how far the sensor projects from its
bracket towards the parking brake arm will make it
easier to fit the new one. Try to maintain this distance
when assembling.
1.
Loosen the front nut (4) and pull out the sensor (5)
from the bracket.
2.
Carefully remove the shrink hose (2).
3.
Loosen the sensor from the cable.
4.
Fit a new shrink hose over the cable.
5.
Remove the rear nut (3) from the old sensor
and fit it in the same position on the new sensor.
6.
Fit the shrink hose so that it covers the sensor
LEDs and goes some way over the cable.
7.
Position the sensor.
8.
Fit the front lock nut.
Set the distance 2 - 3 mm between the sensor and
its target surface with the parking brake active.
Before tightening, check that the parking brake arm
does not collide with the sensor when it is moved
between end positions.
