Replacing the Cooler

1.
Dismantle the engine cover.
2.
Place a container under the radiator to collect
the coolant.
3.
Loosen the lower coolant hose (3).
4.
Loosen the upper coolant hose.
5.
Place a container under the radiator to drain
the oil from the hydraulic system.
6.
Clean around the connections as set out in
the general instructions.
7.
Drain the hydraulic system by loosening the
lower hydraulic connection (2).
Use a counterhold.

Loosen the incoming hydraulic connection (6)
from the radiator. Use a counterhold.
9.
Fit protective plugs in all hydraulic connections.
10. Extract the air hose (5).
11. Dismantle and discard the spring clip (3) holding
the air duct (1) to the radiator. Exercise care so
that the cover is not damaged.
12. Loosen the air duct by removing the screws
holding the plates (7).
13. Turn the the air duct 90° clockwise.
14. Move the air duct towards the engine.
15. Lift up the radiator (4) and remove it.
16. When changing radiator, transfer adapters
and sealing strips over to the new radiator.
17. Assemble the adapters for the hydraulic
connections on the new radiator.
Torque tighten 32 Nm.
18. Check that the sealing strip between the cooler
and the engine compartment wall is undamaged
and is seated correctly.
19. Assemble in the reverse order. Tightening
torque for hydraulic lines as specified.
IMPORTANT!
Insert the screws for the plate carefully.
Easy for threads to seize.
