1 . ( ) Mount the (62017) SPDT SLIDE SWITCH , S 1 , as shown. SECURE it with two No . 4-40 x
l/4" flathead screws and two No . 4-40 Tinnerman nuts . Position the nuts so that the curved
surface is facing the· inside of the chassis .
2 . ( ) Mount the (6201 7) SPDT SLIDE SWITCH, S4, as shown. SECURE it with two No . 4-40 x 1/4"
flathead screws and two No . 4-40 Tinnerman nuts .
3 . ( ) Insert four 1/8" RUBBER GROMMETS in the chassis, as shown.
4. ( ) Insert three 1/4" RUBBER GROMMETS in the chassis, as shown.
5. ( ) Mount the FUSEHOLDER, XF1 , as shown. SECURE it with one 1/2" rubber washer and
one 1/2" hex nut.
6. ( ) Mount two No. 8 -32 TINNERMAN NUTS to the rear of the chassis, as shown.
7. ( ) Mount the LINE CORD in the STRAIN RE LIEF . Hold the STRAIN RE LIEF as shown in
DETAIL A. Place the LINE CORD on the groove of the larger section and between both sections
of the STRAIN RE LIEF . Extend about 3" of the LINE CORD from the STRAIN RE LIE F. Bend
the smaller section over the LINE CORD and position it into the channels of the larger section.
Compress the two sections together with a p air of pliers, gripping the larger diameter end of
the STRAIN RE LIEF . Pass the tinned ends of the LINE CORD through the hole on the rear of the
chassis as shown.
8 . ( ) Insert the large 1" RUBBER GROMMET in the rectangular cutout on the rear of the chassis,
as shown.
9 . ( ) The remaining step to complete Figure 2 appears further on in the book.

1 . ( ) Place the FRAME on your table with the holes facing up . Insert the FRONT PANEL into the
frame with the nomenclature side , FACE
SCREWS .
2 . ( ) MOUNT the PLASTIC BEZE L to the front panel, as shown, using the next four steps to
secure it.

and through the hole marked "INTENS" on the front panel. Rotate the POT so that the lugs are
