HEADLIGHT ADJUSTER DIAL
The vertical angle of the headlights
(low beam) can be adjusted accord-
ing to the number of persons and the
loading weight in the boot compart-
ment.
Turn the ignition switch to the ON
(II) position. Turn the adjusting dial
to select an appropriate angle of the
headlights.
0: A driver or a driver and passenger
in the front seat.
1: Five persons in the front and rear
seats.
2: Five persons in the front and rear
seats and luggage in the boot,
within the limits of maximum
permissible axle weight and maxi-
mum permissible vehicle weight.
3: A driver and luggage in the boot,
within the limits of maximum
permissible axle weight and
maximum permissible vehicle
weight.

On vehicles with headlights bulbs of
high voltage discharge tube
Your vehicle is equipped with an
automatic headlight adjusting
system that senses changes in the
vehicle posture due to riding and
loading conditions of the passengers
and their luggage and adjusts the
vertical angle of the headlights (low
beam) automatically.
