Cables for UPS System Connection (external, BP240V33 model only)*: connect the internal batteries (through the fuse holder) to a compatible Tripp Lite UPS System. Do not replace these cables. Using improper cables may damage your equipment and cause fire hazards. See Installation section for details. -

In addition, BP240V32 and BP48V165 models include plug-in UPS system connection (via an included connector and detachable cable) instead of hardwire connection. -

2. If the problem continues, do not contact or return the Battery Module to the dealer. Instead, call Tripp Lite at (773) 869-1233. A service technician will ask for the Battery Module’s model number, serial number and purchase date and will attempt to correct the problem over the phone. -
Page 8: Year Limited Warranty
If the product should prove defective in material or workmanship within that period, Seller will repair or replace the product, in its sole discretion. To obtain service under this warranty you must obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number from Tripp Lite or an authorized Tripp Lite service center.
