NOTE
After programming is finished, the user at the extension must go
off-hook (press the Speaker button), then press the key that was
programmed for live monitor in step 3. The LED will turn red and live
monitor is ready for use.

Enabling Live Monitor on UM8000

By default, live monitor is disabled for subscribers in the subscriber template. To
enable live monitor in the subscriber template, use the following procedure.
1. Log on to the Web administration console, then go to Subscribers >
Subscriber Template > Access Options.
2. Under Administration, select Enable Live Monitor.
3. Click Save.
4. Enable live monitor for any previously existing subscribers.
