Check the Receiver box wiring
Try to move thermostat or Receiver box closer or
re-locate.
Check the power to the thermostat
Power cycle the thermostat (30s no power) and
restart, else replace thermostat
Replace thermostat
RF communication might be too far or is blocked
due to the location of the Thermostat or Receiver
box.
Check the power to the Receiver box
