Preparations and connecting peripheral devices

The following items must be prepared before turning on the server.
Connectors that allow a variety of peripheral devices to be connected are provided at the front and rear of the
server. Images on the following pages show the peripheral devices that can be connected in their standard state
and their respective connector positions.
Description about ipmitool is given on the next and the subsequent pages. However, it is described as a use
example, and NEC does not assure the support of ipmitool. For details of ipmitool, contact your sales
representative.
