8.3.1 Overview of High-speed Counter Function

In order to use the high-speed counter function, it is necessary to set system register numbers nos. 400
and 401.

8.3.2 Input Modes and Count

Incremental input mode

Performs controls such as resetting the high-speed counter of
the specified channel or disabling the count.
F1
Reads and writes the elapsed value of the high-speed counter.
F166
Turns on (F166 instruction) or off (F167 instruction) the specified
output when the elapsed value of the high-speed counter

reaches the target value. The output is used by presetting with
an instruction such as the SET/RET instruction.
F165
Turns on or off a maximum of 31 points of internal relays
according to the elapsed value of the high-speed counter and the
predetermined table.

Measures the pulse number and cycle of the high-speed counter.
