RS-232 (TTL Serial) Interface

Serial Host Types

To select a serial host interface, capture one of the following bar codes.

Standard RS-232*

Wincor-Nixdorf Serial Mode A

Wincor-Nixdorf Serial Mode B

Olivetti ORS4500

*Selecting Standard RS-232 activates the serial driver, but does not change port settings (e.g., parity, data bits,

handshaking). Selecting another serial host type bar code changes these settings.
