Process Section – COLOUR:
(When the Colour maintenance counter has reached the life specified).
Replace Cyan, Magenta & Yellow Drum Cartridges (MX-C30DR x 3)
Replace C, M, Y Developer Cartridges:-
MX-C30GVC (Cyan), MX-C30GVM (Magenta), MX-C30GVY (Yellow)
Check/Replace the Waste Toner Container (MX-C30HB).
Sim 24-04 Clear DRUM_C, DRUM_M & DRUM_Y (Colour) Counters.
Clear MAINTE_COL (Colour) Maintenance Counter.
Sim 24-05 Clear DV_C, DV_M & DV_Y (Colour) Developer Counters.
Remove ALL Toner Cartridges (prior to executing Sim 25-02).
Sim 25-02 Toner Concentration Auto Adjustment - Select C, M, Y.

Notes:
If ALL developer is replaced at the same time, select ALL
(CMYK)
Sim 44-27 Clear Half Tone Process Correction.
Process Section -MONOCHROME:
(When the Total / K maintenance counter has reached the life specified).
Replace Black Drum Cartridge (MX-C30DR).
Replace Black Developer Cartridge (MX-C30GVB
Check/Replace the Waste Toner Container (MX-C30HB).
Replace Ozone Filter (PFILZ0034QSZZ)
Replace LSU Cleaning Unit (CCLEZ0024RS51)
Sim 24-04 Clear DRUM_K (Black) Counter.
Clear MAINTE_ALL [Black] Maintenance Counter.
Clear OZONE FILTER Counter.
Sim 24-05 Clear DV_K (Black) Developer Counter.
Remove ALL Toner Cartridges (prior to executing Sim 25-02).
Sim 25-02 Toner Concentration Auto Adjustment - Select K.

Notes:
If ALL developer is replaced at the same time, select CMYK.
Image Quality Adjustments - ALL (After Replacement Described Above):
Sim 44-02 Image Density & Registration Sensor Adjustment.
Sim 50-22 Drum Position & Registration Adjustment - select ALL.
Sim 44-06 Process Control execution.
Sim 46-24 Automatic Engine Colour Balance Adjustment.
Sim 46-01 Adjust Copy Exposure Density (Colour).
Sim 46-02 Adjust Copy Exposure Density (B/W).
General:
Clean OC Glass (optical section)
Clean all SPF sensors & transport/feed rollers.
