CHECKOUT AND SETTINGS

After the thermostat is mounted on the subbase, check out
operation.
Thermostat Self-Test
Check the function of the thermostat display as follows:
1. Press the Ahead, Back and Usage keys simulta­
neously. The display should be blank.
2. Press the Warmer key. All display segments should
light. Fig. 8 illustrates all display segments.

Set Installer Configuration Options
You can set five configuration items on this thermostat and
display the software version and system type of the
thermostat. Table 2 shows the items that can be config­
ured and viewed, their use, the code displayed to identify
each item, the possible settings for each item and the
meaning of each setting.
To display a configuration item to view or change its
setting, proceed as follows:
1. Press the Ahead, Back, and System keys simulta­
neously. A blank screen is displayed.
2. Press the System key again to display the setting of
the first configuration item. Use the System key to
step through each configuration item.
3. When the configuration item to change is displayed,
press the Usage key. Each time the Usage key is
pressed, the next choice code for that option is
displayed.
4. When the correct choice code for that configuration
item is displayed, press the System key. When
pressing the System key, it stores the currently
displayed choice and moves to the next configura­
tion item. After setting (or viewing) the configuration
item, press the Run Program key.
