gas shut-off
valves,

be the T-handle
type.
• A flexible
gas connector,
when
used,
must
not exceed
3 feet.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU
SMELL GAS:
Do not try to light
any appliance.
Do not touch
any electrical
switch;
do not
use any phone
in your
building.
Immediately
call your
gas supplier
from
a
neighbor's
phone.
Follow
the gas supplier's
instructions.
• If you cannot
reach your
gas supplier,
call
the fire department.
Installation
and service
must
be performed
by
a qualified
installer,
service
agency
or the gas
supplier.
Be sure your
oven
is installed
properly
by
a qualified
installer
or service
technician.
Be sure the oven
is securely
installed
in a
cabinet
that is firmly
attached
to the house
structure.
Weight
on the oven
door could
cause the oven
to tip, resulting
in serious
personal
injury
or death.
Never
allow
anyone
to climb,
sit, lean, stand
or hang
on the oven
door.
