    3 General/Introduction 3.1. OVEN COOLING CIRCUIT AND FLUE The oven is cooled by a tangential fan motor located above the oven cavity The tangential cooling starts working (regardless of which cooking operation is selected) when the oven is switched on. The fan pro- duces an air flow that lows out from an opening between the door and the front panel.

    4 Features 4.1. Oven cavity structure A flue has been introduced on the top of the oven compart- ment, which leads into the ventilation duct, allowing a reduction in the humidity that is created inside the oven compartment. (In the case of a pyrolitic oven there is also a catalyser) 4.2.

    4.3. Heating element The heating elements are the same for all the ovens and are screwed in place from the inside the oven compart- ment. The bottom heating element is easily accessible since it is removed by extracting it from the rear side of the appliance 4.4.

Always disconnect the oven from the mains before disassembling any part. If an all-pole disconnecting switch is provided, open the switch to disconnect the oven from the supply.
