3.2.2 Printhead and Ribbon Mask Assembly Removal

The printhead can be changed without disassembling the entire unit.
Use the printhead kit (Part # 1043489-00) to change the DFX-8500 printhead. When you receive the kit,
make sure it includes the following components.
Printhead
(Part # F004010-0200)
Oil (O-2)
Printhead Cable Protection Sheet
Instruction Manual
Ribbon Mask
