The PROFIsafe telegram received at the Control Unit is displayed in r9768, and the
PROFIsafe telegram to be sent, in parameter r9769.

Telegram 30 transfers safety control word 1 (S_STW1) and safety status word 1 (S_ZSW1)
as user data. It is structured as follows:

(S_CYCLE_COUNT) and the safe position value in 16-bit format (S_XIST16) as user data. It
