Migrating WinCC flexible projects integrated in STEP 7 V5.x

Projects integrated in STEP 7 cannot be migrated.
If a WinCC flexible project is integrated in STEP 7, then WinCC flexible ES can be selected
under "Project > Copy from STEP 7". After selecting an archive location, a copy of the
integrated STEP 7 project is saved there. This autonomous WinCC project can then be
migrated into the TIA Portal.
The connection of the symbols in STEP 7 is lost in the process.
