2. Navigate to Home > Status & Monitoring > Diagnostics download
to download the diagnostic test results.
Select the devices for which diagnostics are required by checking the
appropriate boxes. Then click download.
3. Navigate to Home > Server Settings > Firmware Package
Management to verify the existing server (SU) firmware release level.
The new server firmware version must match the failed server;
otherwise, the server cannot properly restore from the backup file. See
the release notes and the System Installation Guide for release-specific
requirements.
4. Navigate to Home > Server Settings > IP Addresses to obtain:
