118 Cover sheet
The cover sheet is a form which is placed at the head of your fax transmission. It is a tool to enable the
operator to classify an incoming fax more easily.
You are able to choose between a "normal" cover sheet which sets out the information in text form and a
"personal" cover sheet.
With the personal cover sheet, you can add a diagram to the "normal" information. This diagram is scanned
into the machine in the same way as a document and is retained in memory as the cover sheet diagram.
The following diagram illustrates the relationship between document and cover sheet.
