Sets Enlarged print mode.
When the SO code is input, all the data that follows this code on the
same line is printed out in enlarged characters. This code is cancelled
by line feed or by the input of a DC4, ESC ! or ESC W code.
Pica-sized and enlarged characters can be mixed on the same line.
