IT CONTAINS SOFTWARE, THE USE OF WHICH IS LICENSED BY HITACHI TO ITS CUSTOMERS
FOR THEIR USE ONLY AS SET FORTH BELOW.
OPENING THE CD-ROM OR USING ANY PART OF THE SOFTWARE INDICATES THAT YOU ACCEPT
THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT,
RETURN THE UNOPENED AND UNUSED CD-ROM TO THE DEALER WHERE YOU OBTAINED IT.
1. DEFINITIONS
"Hitachi" means Hitachi, Ltd.
"Software" means all the files contained on the CD-ROM packaged with the WNM80 wireless
network module.
2. LICENSE
Hitachi grants you a nonexclusive license to use the accompanying Software on any
computers (including servers) connected to the WNM80 wireless network module you
purchased.
3. COPYING
Copying, duplication or reproduction of the Software in part or whole is expressly prohibited,
except for making a backup copy. However, the Liveviewer.exe program is exempt from this
restriction.
4. MODIFICATION
You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software for any
reason.
