Instead of cleaning the oven by hand,
you can run the
HydroClean
programme.
Odours after cooking fish, and also
heavy, stubborn soiling, e.g. from
roasting and grilling, can be easily
removed using this programme.
We recommend cleaning the steam
combination oven four times per year
with

cleaning can be carried out more
frequently.
Only the Miele HydroCleaner can be
used for cleaning with

specially developed for your steam
combination oven.
Other cleaning products can damage
the steam combination oven.
One bottle of Miele HydroCleaner is
supplied with your steam combination
oven. Subsequent bottles of Hydro-
Cleaner are available to order from the

Cleaning and care
Always use the complete contents of
one bottle of HydroCleaner (125 ml),
regardless of the degree of soiling.
The amount of cleaning agent
(125 ml) is intended for the entire
cleaning process and must not be
altered.
You can choose between 3 cleaning
levels with different durations:
- Degree of soiling 1 for light, barely
visible soiling and odours, e.g. after
cooking fish or cabbage
Duration: approx. 1:57 hours
- Degree of soiling 2 for visible, but
not heavily burnt on soiling, e.g.
melted pizza cheese, leaked fruit pie
Duration: approx. 3:17 hours
- Degree of soiling 3 for heavy, burnt
on soiling from different types of food
that has built up over a long period of
time, e.g. after roasting chicken
Duration: approx. 4:17 hours
