Using the Sabbath programme
and Yom Tov
The
Sabbath programme
Special applications help to support
religious observance.
Follow the instructions in the display to
comply with the requirements of the
Sabbath.
The steam combination oven heats up
to the temperature you have set and
maintains this temperature for a
maximum of 24 hours (Sabbath
programme) or 76 hours (Yom Tov). In
both Special applications, the steam
combination oven switches off
automatically after 76 hours.
 Switch off furniture front recognition.
 Place the food in the oven.

You will not be able to start this
Special application if you have set a
minute minder or an alarm.
Once a Special application has
started, it cannot be changed or saved
under
User programmes
In the event of a power failure, the
Special application is cancelled. The
steam combination oven will only
remain in compliance with Sabbath
regulations for as long as it continues
to be disconnected from the power
supply. As soon as the connection is
restored,
Power cut -process cancelled
appears in the display.

Using Sabbath programme
This Special application is suitable for
the weekly Sabbath (Shabbat). You can
use it to heat food for a maximum of 24
hours until you open the door for the
first time.
 Set the temperature.
 Select .
Start
Sabbath programme
temperature will appear in the display.
The oven heating switches on around
30 seconds after you have closed the
door. The oven interior lighting remains
switched on during the entire cooking
period.
The time of day does not appear. The
proximity sensor does not respond, and
neither do any of the other sensors
(except for the On/Off  sensor).
Sabbath - do not open the door
the display. After approx. 45 minutes,
this message initially disappears and
reappears from time to time.
If the message is not displayed, the
steam combination oven is not heating
up and you can open the door and
close it again.
Once you have opened the door, the
oven heating remains switched off
until the end of the Special application.
If you leave the door closed until the
end of the Special application, the
oven heating will only switch off after
24 hours. The steam combination oven
remains switched on.
 If you want to end the Special
application prematurely, switch off
the steam combination oven using
the On/Off  sensor.
