2. Operation indicator
A letter goes off slowly in order during playback.
During fast-forward or rewind, the letter goes off in ord-
er rapidly

When the [S.P.SW.] but-
ton is pressed, the select-
ed mode is displayed.
3. Elapsed time indicators
The
lights after about
1 hour after batteries were
replaced.
The
lights and beep
sound
is
heard
after
about 2 hours.

batteries
are
removed
and installed again.
6. Hold indicator
When the [HOLD] switch
on the remote control is
pressed,
this
indicator
blinks.

reverse mode.

5. Tape direction indicators
Fm: Lights during forward,

When
the
MUTE

is
pressed, this indicator blinks.
