Lit when the CPU unit is turned ON.
Lit when the CPU unit is in RUN mode. Lit when the forced /O function is
executed.
Lit when the CPU unit is in PROG mode.
Lit when data is sent from the COM0 port.
Lit when data is received from the COM0 port.
Flashes while accssing an SD memory card. Also flashes while logging data into
the unit memory with the logging function.
Turns on while operation by the SD memory card is selected.
Lit when copying data.
Lit when an error is detected by self-diagnosis.
This lights if a hardware error occurs, or operation slows because of the
program, and the watchdog timer is activated.
