Parameter "Value 1 for short operation" can only be set when parameter
"Reaction at short operation" is set on "Value 1" or on "Alternating
Value1/Value2".
Parameter "Value 2 for short operation" can only be set when parameter
"Reaction at short operation" is set on "Value 2" or on "Alternating
Value1/Value2".
