Possible causes
1. Encoder signal wires
are connected
reversely.
2. Encoder signal wires
get damaged.
3. Encoder damaged.
4. Dual-way encoder
detected motor
direction is not match
with drive direction.

motor blocked to stall
2. Drive power rating
too small
3. Drive output circuit
loop grounded or SC.

terminals close and get

Solutions
1. Check whether the
encoder signal is correctly
connected.
2. Check whether the
encoder wiring is broke.
3. Change the encoder.
