6-3-2. UC-1 Board
The UC-1 board is a board used for video signal processing and display unit control.
The UC-1 board displays the picture according to the video signal and control signal transmitted from the
display controller.
On the UC-1 board, the signal processing IC (FPGA) corrects the picture quality with respect to the video
signal. Other control circuits manage the power supply system to control the startup of the display unit
and to drive the cell.
The UC-1 board monitors the state of the display unit. When an error occurs in the display unit, the UC-1
board stops the system of the display unit and notifies the display controller of error information.
6-3-3. UP-13 Board
The UP-13 board is a DC/DC power supply board used for cell board driving.
The UP-13 board constitutes twelve power supply circuits and supplies power independently for each cell.
The UP-13 board also supplies power to the fan.
6-3-4. PS-903 Board
The PS-903 board is an AC/DC power supply board used for power supply to the display unit.
An input voltage is 200 V AC to 240 V AC. An output voltage is 12.0 V DC and 16.0 V DC.
6-3-5. UI-24 Board
The UI-24 board is an indicator board at the rear of the display unit. The UI-24 board displays the system
status of the display unit and the system error.
The UI-24 board notifies the power supply status (standby or power ON) of the display unit by turning on
the indicator.
The indicator blinks in yellow when a warning occurs and it blinks in red when an error occurs.
6-3-6. TM-62 Board
The TM-62 board is a temperature sensor board used to measure the ambient temperature of the display
unit. The TM-62 board is mounted near the intake holes at the rear of the display unit.
