Troubleshooting

The troubleshooting must be done in the field. Diagnose the failure and check the error indication with the
display controller incorporated in the system.

3-1. First Step When a Trouble Occurs

. Take a picture or a video of the trouble's screen display.
. Fill out information on the trouble in the "Field Quality Information System Form".
. E-Mail the picture or the video and the "Field Quality Information System Form" to your local Sony
Sales Office/Service Center.
