Check the connection of the harness
between the cell and signal board
and then connect it correctly or replace
it.
Check points:
Flexible Flat Cable (FFC) terminal
surface is not broken.
FFC is connected correctly.
(not skew insertion)
Connector pin is not bent.
Is the symptom improved?
Yes
