1-8. Setting of Resume Function

The BDX-E1000 has resume function. The resume
function is to storage the former setting data even if power
is turned off.
By using this function, when power is turned on, the BDX-
E1000 automatically starts according to the setting mode
which was set in advance by the optional encoding setup
software BZX-E1001.

Resume function operates on the serial number 10091 and
higher
Procedures
1. Turn the power off.
2. Set the switches on the SY-240 board as follows.
. S201-1 to -7 : CLOSE (lower position)

: "0"

∗ : The setting of S201-8 varies by the selected mode.
3. Install the BZX-E1001 on the computer connected to
the BDX-E1000, then set the mode as required. (Refer
to the User's Guide of BZX-E1001.)
4. Check the operation of the BDX-E1000, then stop it by
using the BZX-E1001. (Refer to the User's Guide of
BZX-E1001.)
5. Check that the BDX-E1000 operation is stopped, then
turn the power off.
